I passed my practical driving test today!! Woo hoo!!! I can now drive where ever I like at the grand top speed for 45mph for the first year:(

Yes its that time again....... COMPETITION TIME!!!!!!!!!

I have closed the competition due to lack of entries and the competition posting getting lost and having to be bumped up..... so the winners are:



1st Prize (1yr DA sub) - pichu4850 - dangerousdangerousdangerous

I am a huge fan of Twiggy and indeed the 60s. I love the colouring in this piece, I also love how its so simple yet all the detail you could ever want is right there too. Excellent work.



2nd Prize (6mth DA sub) - keekoo - KaboOm

Really loved this piece. Its a sort of mix of vector art and conceptual which is two of my fav genres, and there is a hot girl thrown in there too, what more could you possibly want?? Seriously though a great piece which really caught my eye.



3rd Prize (3mth DA sub) - DeepKick - Blend

A lovely piece. I know more than most how time consuming this piece could be trying to catch a water droplet like that is a pain in the ass. Great use of colour in this piece.



4th Prize (1mth DA sub) - candymax - .i.am.frozen.you.re.not.

Nice bit of conceptual photography which made me feeling sorry for the ladybird that is frozen!! I must be going mad! Really unusual piece which has a lot of time and effort put into it.

I would ask...which program do you use for vector graphics (art)?

Maybe Adobe Illustrator?

Rob, I read your comment about my site. Thanks for you honest opinion. Can you elaborate a bit on what you meant about poor design? Do you mean graphically, html errors, etc.? My goal in designing the site was to keep the structure of the site very neutral so that the attention of the viewer is directed to members artwork and not the structural elements of the site.
